Does a sales tax license need to be renewed?

I live in Louisiana and I am wondering if a sales tax license needs to be renewed. I don’t think it does, but just want to make sure. Also, what all is needed to be legal doing online sales on eBay?

    Sales tax to collect sales tax over to be renewed couldnt find anyting on louisiana that you have business presence.
