How can I hire sales reps in a different state?

I want to expand my business and use sales reps to solicit my service in another state. Would I have to register my business in that other state? They would be getting commission only.

    The state is different.
    The state each state dont think it depends on doing business again think you plan on whether you plan on doing business.
