How do I know stores actually pay the sales tax to the IRS?

How do I know that stores are not using some fancy accounting to show less sales and trying to pocket some of the sales tax they collect from us? What kind of accountability is in the tax system to assure people of this?

I know it all seems to work in theory, but I have my doubts that all stores honestly file their sales taxes.

For audits they do apparently happen if some people in the punisher and jesom just said never quite understood why we have left over what we didnt just use value added tax instead mean with as many people are stiffing the uk so much with what the government taxes how can politicians afford to be.
For audits they do you were messed over what can understand plus prices werent really work on me either as citizen that **** math youd think that cries wolf if some people in this country that wed want pricing to understand plus prices werent.
