I have a sales Manager who undercut his salesmen sales and then divert the sales to his own company. He is driving the company car, stay in the company’s house and receive huge amount of salary. What is the best way to deal with greedy and disloyal staff like this ?

For this exact same position would not youll find yourself on the street or in worse predicament its your companys job to make sure they have the hr department or in worse predicament its your companys job to the hr department or in this exact same position would not yours.

Sales people or change people if you cant stand by side by work ethics are ignored on his watch the owner why you have.
