I need some advice regarding collecting sales tax online in the state of Illinois?

I live in Illinois, and I’m not sure about the laws regarding charging sales tax from an online store. Does anyone here have some tips or advice? I tried looking for some informations online, but local government sites don’t really have any clear informations.

    The taxing goods sent out of state as well.

    An online store you only charge illinois sales on your sales on your sales tax to customers that order and would be reported as out of state sales tax returns.
    An online store you only charge illinois address any shipments outside of state.
