Im negotiating a regional sales maneger job in CA any advice?

The territory will cover the entire state of CA and most of AZ. I will have no direct reports. It will be just me traveling the state making sales. Any ideas. Location to call home base. What Salary should i be looking for?

    If you are looking to buy in CA you need at least 65-70K before any bonuses.
