Need advice for working as a photographers sales representative?

Their is a wedding/portrait photography studio in fairfield county, Connecticut, that needs a sales rep. to get him more business. For instance, contracts with schools, local business, and such.looking to pay just commission on the contracts. I think it’s pretty vague. Not sure how to come back with an amendment. Any suggestions?
