I just got my masters in science - and I had been doing research for a while, then decided it simply wasn’t for me
[a year of waiting for a moment of truth]
I was thinking about a position in pharmaceutical sales - but all of my other experience is in retail (sales, purchasing, managing)

Will a masters degree help? I live in Michigan -and it seems the last job I applied to there were 400 other multi-degreed candidates (pfizer closed not long ago here)
Will the lack of previous sales experience hurt?
I’m comfortable speaking with doctors, which is what gave me the idea….
Any advice or suggestions?
Thanks in advance
